Paul Teo’sUnionhas finally opened its doors to the public after months of ongoing construction issues. The much publicized woes of Chef Teo are over for the meantime as he waits to hear the public verdict.
While the menu hasn’t been set in stone, it will revolve around a more sophisticated fare of meats, cheeses and wine. Expect elk sliders, artisan cheeses and delicious french fries.
Opening from Tuesday – Saturday, Union will be ambitiously catering to the morning, lunch and dinner crowd.
Paramour, the latest restaurant to open on the red hot Ossington strip, comes courtesy of Amber Elson & Adam Bagauley, the family duo behind the legendary LeVack Block.
