On Thursday, November 10th (2011), Cascata Blu held “Africa Comes Alive” in the Liberty Village neighbourhood.
Raising funds for World Vision, Joan Kelley (Director of Operations of Cascata Blu and owner of Hero Media) and husband Don Walker (CEO of Magna International) announced over $300,000 was collected for the A Hi Kulene Area Development Program and World Vision Canada.
The evening featured a swimwear fashion show and was attended by Belinda Stronach, Anne-Marie Mediwake, and Jessica Holmes.
